Responsibilities:
• Setting up and operating semi-automated printing machine using screen printers.
• Read the travelers to ensure that they are using correct ink, screens and dielectric type tape and tape thickness.
• Properly configuring and orienting tooling to support consistent, high-quality production by aligning multiple screens.
• Perform first article inspection by doing multiple tests before starting lots to be printed.
• Work with some chemicals used for screen cleaning.
• Keep work area clean and neat at all times following housekeeping chores.
• Cross train in other areas and fill in occasionally if needed.
• Additional or different functions may be assigned to the employees periodically.
Qualifications:
• HS Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Good math skills
• Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation a plus!
