Dial Security is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Camarillo.
This is an important role within our Electronic Security Division. You’ll help coordinate projects from the initial scheduling through completion, keeping information, people, materials, and deadlines moving in the right direction.

🔧 What You’ll Do
You’ll be at the center of our day-to-day project coordination, working closely with our Account Representatives, Assistant Sales Manager, technicians, customers, and Division Management.
Project & Customer Coordination
Coordinate and schedule security installation projects and meetings
Track project progress and scheduling updates
Communicate with customers and technicians regarding appointments and project status
Follow up on outstanding items to keep projects moving forward
Coordinate receipt of equipment and parts needed for installations
Identify potential problems and help develop practical solutions
Maintain accurate project and technical documentation
Administrative & Operations Support
Provide administrative support to sales and management
Enter and maintain customer and project information
Assist with billing, inventory tracking, and other accounting-related tasks
Manage contacts and maintain accurate records
Assist with daily operational needs and follow-up
Help troubleshoot scheduling and logistical challenges

Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus, but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and communication skills
Reliable transportation to and from our Camarillo office
Availability for a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
Ability to successfully complete a background check
A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, administration, construction, security, or a related field is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
