Responsibilities:
• Set-up, start-up and power down operation of the termination firing kilns.
• Set the termination kilns to the recipe required by the work order.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of the termination drying oven.
• Support visual inspection when needed.
• Set-up of machine ink management ensure to use the correct program based on the size of the parts.
• Load and press chips onto a plate.
• Dip the plate into a termination ink then place it into the drying oven.
• Cross training for other jobs is required so that employees can occasionally fill-in other departments, when required.
• Additional or different functions may be assigned to the employee periodically.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ months experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Good math skills and basic computer proficiency
• Prior experience in an electronic component manufacturing environment a plus!
