4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, 2000 sqft.
3 story townhouse in the upscale community "Village at the Park" in Camarillo.
I have a large master size room 12x14 available room for rent on the third floor. The room has a walk-in closet, private attached bathroom.
Amazing views of the mountains and surrounding area from this room.
Note: This is the only room on the 3rd floor. It is somewhat secluded and isolated from the rest of the house. I only rent this 3rd floor room. The rest of the rooms in the house are unoccupied.
Amenities:
3 Community Pools, 3 Jacuzzis,
Fast internet, 5g wifi.
Laundry and kitchen access with occasional cooking ok. Included with room is a full-size stainless steel refrigerator in the garage.
$1400 a month. ALL utilities included.
The last (most recent renter) occupied this room for over 3yrs.
Honestly, you will not find a better area.
It almost feels like we live at a resort.
Very close to Camarillo downtown restaurants and bars.
Sorry....no couples, no kids, no pets.
