Big Green Cleaning Company is looking for an experienced Floor Technician to join our growing team in Ventura County.
We are seeking someone with experience in commercial floor care who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. If you have experience stripping and waxing floors, carpet extraction, and operating commercial floor equipment, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule:
Evening / Night Shift
Part-Time
Consistent weekly schedule with opportunity for additional hours
Pay:
$21.00–$24.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
Strip, wax, scrub, and refinish VCT and other hard floor surfaces
Operate auto scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, and commercial floor machines
Perform commercial carpet extraction and spot cleaning
Complete deep cleaning projects for commercial facilities
Maintain floor equipment and report any maintenance needs
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
Work independently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
Qualifications:
Previous commercial floor care experience is required
Experience with strip and wax floor projects
Experience with carpet extraction equipment
Knowledge of commercial floor machines and proper chemical usage
Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to pass a background check
