The Drill/Routing Operator, will be responsible for following established procedures operating the Drilling/Cutting machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, will perform basic trouble shooting and accurately document production activities.
Responsibilities:
• Programming, Set-up and Operation of Drill/Router machine (EVO).
• Troubleshoot drill machine(s) and process related issues.
• Measurements of parts using caliper, micrometer, XYZ table and etc.
• Inspection of parts using Microscope and other optical inspection tools and verify they meet specifications.
• Operate the Cutting machinery according to specifications.
• Perform bar counting and visual inspections.
• Research, order and prepare spare parts for all drill machine(s) as needed.
• Maintain equipment and machinery clean.
• Complete documentation and records.
• Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times.
Requirements:
• HS Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience working with manufacturing machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic computer and math skills
• Good communication skills
