Position: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $21–$22/hour
Available Shifts
1st Shift: 4:00 AM–12:30 PM, 4:30 AM–1:00 PM, or 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
Assemble products and components according to work instructions, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
Maintain a sterile ISO clean room environment by following cGMP guidelines and established procedures.
Wear required PPE, including scrubs, coveralls, gloves, masks, protective eyewear, and shoe covers.
Measure, cut, position, and align tubing and small components with precision.
Operate hand tools and assembly equipment, including tubing cutters, cable guns, tubing spreaders, and bag sealers.
Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
Complete batch records, lot documentation, and production forms accurately.
Clean workstations, equipment, and components using approved cleaning agents.
Report product defects, equipment issues, or process concerns to the supervisor.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to support production schedules.
Qualifications
Previous assembly experience preferred, ideally in a manufacturing or clean room environment.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and blueprints.
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail, with the ability to work with small components.
Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 20 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
Comfortable working in an ISO-regulated clean room while wearing required PPE.
Strong commitment to quality, safety, and meeting production goals.
