Your Responsibilities:
- Develop new customers and identify new freight opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and business partners.
- Generate new business and grow existing customer accounts.
- Negotiate rates and develop profitable freight opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- Transportation, trucking, or logistics experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
