Requirements:
- Previous experience in cross-docking, freight consolidation, or LTL transportation operations
- ability to load and unload 53-foot dry van trtailers
- experience handling different pallet sizes, weights, and freight configurations
- understanding of freight staging, sorting, and organizing
- Ability to maximize trailer space without compromising freight
- Knowledge of pallet stacking and freight compatibility
- Ability to identify damaged or unstable freight
- Ability to work with a computer and tablet
- Basic day-to-day operations with company TMS (training will be provided)
- Ability to use communication apps (telegram, gmail)
