About the Role
We are looking for an immediate hire to join our team as a dependable and committed Closing Shift Supervisor. We need someone highly reliable, punctual, and dedicated to working their scheduled shifts without call-outs.
We offer comprehensive training for the right candidate, along with clear opportunities for professional growth and promotion to Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Work evening closing shifts, including holidays.
Execute end-of-night closing routines, cleaning, and preparation for the next day.
Work collaboratively and professionally with front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
Maintain flexibility to handle busy peak hours and support overall restaurant operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience required.
Reliability: Proven track record of exceptional attendance and punctuality; strong commitment to shifts without call-outs.
Availability: Must be available any day of the week from 4:00 PM to Closing, including holidays.
Teamwork: Positive attitude, adaptable, and a strong professional collaborator.
