Private residence is looking for a full-time Mason/Construction worker as employee. Monday through Friday.
$4,000 / month
Job is in Calabasas.
Tasks:
• Masonry repairs and extensions
• Basic electrical
• Basic structural reinforcements
• Irrigation systems optimization (rerouting lines for example)
• Other items ranging from wall painting to fence repair
Qualifications:
• Experience with construction
• Fluent English
• At least one employer reference
• Must live in or close to the San Fernando Valley (being late for traffic is not tolerated)
Compensation:
• $4,000 / month for proper experience and width of expertise
