Cactus Gardener Guy -Looking for a House or a Room- $1,500 max budget. (San Gabriel Valley)

MUST INCLUDE AMPLE YARD SPACE! I have a large cactus garden with a few hundred potted plants.
I am looking to move this Autumn; my move in date is flexible but I am thinking October 1st at the earliest would be good. I'd like to rent a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom house or ADU with a max budget of $1,500 per month, but ideally closer to the $1,000 range per month. I would also consider renting just a bedroom/bathroom, ideally for under $1,000. If you are offering a room for rent, it is important to me that the shared spaces of the house be relatively clean, especially the kitchen!!!
I would consider renting an apartment or condo, but I have many many potted plants, so usually it is difficult to find a condo/apartment that includes private yard space.
I am a clean and respectful tenant, with a good job, excellent credit score (over 750), previous-landlord references, proof of income, and lots of savings. I am flexible about the neighborhood location; it just has to be within 30 minutes of Baldwin Park/City of Industry area, the closer the better.
