USA Medical Surplus is looking for an additional warehouse employee.
This is also a straightforward position. Our warehouse systems are already mapped out, we have SOPs for the different processes, and the team will train you as you go.
You do not need previous medical-supply or warehouse experience.
What You’ll Do
Typical work includes:
* Receive products brought back by drivers or delivered to the warehouse.
* Count and check incoming inventory.
* Put products into the correct inventory locations.
* Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
* Help enter or verify inventory.
* Pull products for orders.
* Pack orders.
* Prepare shipments.
* Help load/unload products.
* Complete basic warehouse cleaning and organization.
* Follow the SOP for whatever task you are working on.
You may move between different tasks throughout the day depending on what the warehouse needs.
Training
Everything is already documented.
You will have:
* Step-by-step SOPs.
* Training from the existing team.
* Management available for questions.
* Virtual assistants in the Philippines who can help guide you through processes and answer questions.
We teach as we go, so you are not expected to walk in already knowing our systems.
The job becomes very simple once you learn the routine.

We’re mainly looking for someone who is:

* Able to follow instructions.
* Detail-oriented.
* Comfortable using a computer/phone for basic work.
* Willing to learn.
* Comfortable standing, moving around, and handling boxes.
* Able to keep the warehouse clean.
* Able to communicate when something looks wrong or doesn’t match.
You don’t need years of warehouse experience.
If you show up consistently, follow the SOPs, communicate, and care about doing the job correctly, we’ll teach you everything else.
