Camo Crew is looking for dependable, physically capable people who want more than another dead-end job.
You'll work with a crew performing junk removal throughout Southeast Wisconsin—moving furniture and appliances, loading trucks, helping customers, and working indoors and outdoors.
Before applying, make sure you meet these two requirements:
✓ Driving: You must have a valid driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience beyond a probationary license to meet our insurance requirements.
✓ Physical: You must be able to regularly lift and carry 75+ lbs, move furniture and appliances, climb stairs, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Meet both?
Then here's why Camo Crew may be different from other physical jobs you've considered.
- Your career development is a priority
- Our work changes our customers' lives for the better
- You'll receive structured training from day one and have the opportunity to progress through:
Recycling Specialist (Foundational Training) →Driver → Crew Chief → Service Manager Trainee → Service Manager
As you advance, you'll learn to lead jobs, manage crews, work directly with customers, price projects, solve problems, train teammates, and take greater ownership of results.
Leadership here is hands-on. Our leaders work alongside their crews and lead by example.
If you're competitive, coachable, dependable, and want your performance to determine how quickly you grow, this is the kind of environment where you can build something.
What You'll Do
This isn't the same job every day. You'll work throughout Southeast Wisconsin helping homeowners and businesses clear out everything from furniture and appliances to full properties.
You will:
- Work alongside your crew to safely remove, carry, load, and sort items
- Drive company vehicles once qualified
- Provide professional, respectful service to customers
- Work efficiently while protecting customers' homes and property
- Learn how to price jobs and communicate with customers
- Take increasing ownership of jobs and crews as you advance
- Help sort materials for donation, recycling, repurposing, and responsible disposal
Experience in junk removal isn't required. We're more interested in how you work.
We're looking for people who:
- Show up on time and can be counted on
- Enjoy physical, fast-paced work
- Take coaching and apply it
- Work well as part of a team
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Want to improve, earn more responsibility, and advance
Former athletes, veterans, tradespeople, movers, delivery drivers, warehouse workers, landscapers, and others accustomed to physical, team-oriented environments may find this to be a natural fit, but no specific background is required.
What You Get
- $20–$25/hour, based on experience and demonstrated capability
- Full-time employment
- Structured paid training
- Clear, performance-based advancement
- Health insurance
- Tuition reimbursement
- Employee referral program and bonus opportunities
- Company uniforms and gear
- Quarterly team events
- Opportunities to develop into Crew Chief and Service Manager leadership
This isn't an easy job.
But if you like staying active, working with a good team, being challenged, and having the opportunity to earn your way into leadership, Camo Crew could be a great place to build your career.
Apply today and tell us why you think you'd be a good fit for the Crew.
