Property Management Company seeking experienced property maintenance person for single family home and commercial building in Milwaukee
We are seeking an individual that is looking to become a member of our team. Pennybag is looking for a person who will be a dedicated team player for the growth and goal attainment of the company. Routine maintenance and repairs to include:
• Minor electrical
• Minor plumbing
• Minor HVAC
• Drywall repair, patching, painting, and woodwork refinishing
• Window repair
• Minor roof repair
• Siding and door repair
• Minor tile repair
• Changing locks and deadbolts
• Carpentry skills
• Handyman skills
• Grass cutting, snow removal, and salting
The candidate must:
• Be mechanically inclined
• Must be able to adapt to multiple personalities and not get flustered easily
• Be a positive, energetic, happy person
• Be proud of their job, their willingness to dissect issues and correct certain situations
• Have their own truck
• Have their own basic tools
• Be very responsible
• Be drug free
• Able to take emergency service calls
• Be willing to learn and excel
• Understand housing, inside and out
• Must be able to work with other staff members as well as on their own
• Must be able to take constructive criticism
The position is 35 – 40 hours per week, with plenty of room for growth
