Job Description
Vital Guard Pharma is seeking a qualified and reliable Backup Designated Representative (DR) to support our pharmaceutical wholesale distribution operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
The selected candidate will provide coverage when our primary Designated Representative is unavailable, helping maintain operational continuity and inspection readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the alternate Designated Representative when formally authorized.
Support compliance with applicable state licensing requirements, FDA regulations, and DSCSA requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records and regulatory documentation.
Assist with license renewals, regulatory filings, audits, and inspections.
Support warehouse operations, quality assurance, and compliance procedures.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of compliance-related activities.
Coordinate with management and the primary DR regarding operational and regulatory matters.
Maintain onsite availability as required by applicable regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in pharmaceutical wholesale distribution, warehouse operations, or regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of FDA regulations, DSCSA, and applicable Wisconsin wholesale distributor requirements.
Ability to meet all applicable state qualification, background check, and licensing requirements.
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and respond to compliance-related concerns.
Willingness to complete required training and follow company SOPs.
