Marantz SR 2000 Stereo Receiver
Classic Marantz vintage stereo receiver which sounds as good as it looks. Thoroughly cleaned inside, including flushing switches and pots and treated with Deoxit D5 and F5. Controls are all silky smooth, and no crackling or channel drop off. New LED lights installed and glass cleaned both sides. Front silver face cleaned and polished along with the control knobs. Cabinet cleaned with Howards Restore and wax.
Unit was recently serviced by technician to correct FM reception. Tuner was recapped, LED lights installed, and new amplifier board replaced and some capacitors in the amp section replaced as well. See picture showing parts replaced. All good now. All good now.
Perfect receiver to drive your vintage speakers. 30 wpc is plenty power to drive my Klipsch Chorus speakers, barely need to turn up to get to good listening levels. FM/AM, AUX, Phono, and tape inputs tested and all work as designed.
