We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking person with auto detailing experience who wants to grow into a FULL-TIME MAKE READY DEPARTMENT MANAGER.
⚠️ THIS IS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER POSITION WITH A PATH TO FULL-TIME MANAGEMENT.
You won’t just be detailing cars. I’ll be training the right person to lead a team, maintain quality standards, manage workflow, handle customer concerns, and learn the day-to-day responsibilities of running a dealership make-ready department.
The goal is to prepare you to take over as Department Manager. You must be willing to learn, take responsibility, lead by example, and be held accountable.
💰 WHAT WE OFFER
* Guaranteed hourly PLUS weekly bonuses
* Part-time schedule to start: Monday–Wednesday, 9 AM–6 PM
* Opportunity for additional hours and full-time employment if you want to make more

✅ REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in automotive detailing, car washing, or vehicle make-ready
* Ability to work with a team and communicate professionally with customers
* Leadership experience is a plus
* Dependable transportation
* Valid driver’s license or photo ID
* Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
* Willingness to learn management responsibilities
* No applicants seeking only temporary work
*You can make more money or you can make just the bare minimum it’s your determination that will determine your check it’s money on the ground you just have to pick it up!$$$
Paid working tryout may be available. Come ready to demonstrate your skills and work ethic.
