Looking for a hands-on, motivated sous chef to assist in running a fast paced, from scratch restaurant. Small team, good attitude is a must. Candidate would be responsible for running the line during service and assisting head chef/ kitchen manager in their absence. Minimum 3 years cooking a must, prior leadership experience is a plus.
