1. Coordinate warehouse-based sales operations, including appointment-based client visits and online order processing, to ensure efficient transactions and service delivery.
2. Manage relationships with domestic and international suppliers and vendors to source products, negotiate terms, and ensure continuous inventory supply.
3. Oversee inventory control processes, including stock tracking, turnover monitoring, and maintenance of accurate warehouse records.
4. Analyze sales performance and product profitability data to identify demand trends and support purchasing decisions.
5. Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics, including packaging, shipment planning, and delivery tracking.
6. Develop procurement strategies based on supplier performance, market conditions, and inventory needs to optimize cost and supply efficiency.
7. Prepare operational and financial reports on sales and inventory performance to support management decision-making.
8. Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and inventory control standards to maintain operational accuracy and efficiency.
