Looking for a reliable, all-around handyman for various household tasks, maintenance, and minor projects around my home in Burlingame (94010). This is a flexible gig for someone who is handy and willing to pitch in as an extra set of hands on an hourly basis.
Tasks might include:
Painting and drywall patching/repair
Hanging shelves, pictures, TVs, or fixtures
Simple plumbing (e.g., swapping fixtures, minor leak fixes)
Yard cleanup, landscaping and basic sprinkler/irrigation work
Moving boxes or heavy items (must be comfortable lifting 50+ lbs)
Furniture assembly and garage organization
Requirements:
Must have your own reliable transportation to Burlingame.
