What We’re Looking For

Our ideal General Manager is a dynamic, dedicated leader with at least 1 year of GM experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You’re not just managing; you’re inspiring a team to achieve excellence every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a hardworking FOH team to deliver exceptional service
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and labor controls with ease
• Develop strong relationships with purveyors and foster sustainability practices
• Resolve conflicts swiftly and professionally while maintaining a positive atmosphere
• Oversee wine, spirits, and Italian cuisine offerings with confidence and expertise

What You Bring to the Table

• A passion for leading a close-knit, collaborative team that values support and respect
• A strong commitment to mentorship and management development, helping your team grow and thrive
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and spirits
• Experience with recruiting, scheduling, and training
• Familiarity with Toast POS and online reservation systems
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and the ability to stay on your feet for long periods
• Bonus: Bi-lingual in English and Spanish!
