Looking for a reliable baking assistant, preferably someone with experience caramelizing sugar or working with caramel.
This is a 4-hour max gig to start, with the potential to become a regular/permanent position if it’s a good fit!
What the job involves:
• Standing for extended periods (approximately 1–4 hours)
• Caramelizing sugar on the stovetop
• Paying close attention to timing, temperature, and details
• Working quickly while still being careful and efficient
• Helping maintain a clean and organized workspace
Ideal candidate: Someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, works well independently, and can keep up in a fast-paced environment. Experience with caramelizing sugar is preferred but not required if you’re comfortable learning!
📍 Location: Hillsborough
💰 Pay: $20 an hour
