Laser Operator
Victory Coatings & Fabrication – Burleson, TX
Victory Coatings & Fabrication is seeking a dependable, motivated Laser Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating our state-of-the-art fiber laser, preparing production files, handling steel plate, and ensuring parts are processed accurately and efficiently.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced fabrication shop with opportunities for growth as we continue expanding our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
• Upload and manage cut files for daily production.
• Set up and operate a CNC fiber laser cutting machine.
• Load and unload steel plate using forklifts, cranes, or other material handling equipment.
• Remove, sort, and palletize finished parts according to production requirements.
• Perform basic machine inspections and routine maintenance.
• Verify material type, thickness, and job specifications before cutting.
• Maintain an organized work area and accurately label completed parts.
• Coordinate with production and scheduling to ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience operating CNC equipment or fiber lasers is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read shop drawings and work orders.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and handling large steel plate.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
