We are looking for talented engineers to join our structural design team, ranging from entry-level graduates to experienced technical leaders.
Entry Level Role Overview: Assist senior staff with structural analysis, modeling, and drafting for diverse projects while receiving direct engineering mentorship.
* Education: BS in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required.
* Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Internship experience is a plus.
* Licensing: EIT certification preferred (or track to obtain within 6 months).
* Duties: Perform structural calculations, build 3D analysis models, and site visits for documentation and verification.
Associate Role Overview: Manage small-to-mid-sized projects, perform advanced structural designs, and coordinate directly with architects and clients.
* Education: BS in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required.
* Experience: 4–6 years of structural design experience.
* Licensing: Valid California Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
* Duties: Lead building system designs, sign/seal engineering documents, and mentor junior engineering staff.
Senior Associate Role Overview: Serve as a technical authority and project principal, overseeing complex structural systems, managing major accounts, and leading engineering teams.
* Education: BSCE required; Master of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering (MSCE) preferred.
* Experience: 10–15 years of progressive structural engineering experience.
* Licensing: California Structural Engineer (SE) license required.
* Duties: Oversee high-consequence designs, drive QA/QC standards, manage project budgets, and mentor associates.
