LABORERS WANTED – SET CONSTRUCTION

We are a busy, fast-paced scenic fabrication and set construction company looking for dependable, hardworking Laborers to join our team.
Our projects are constantly changing, so no two days are exactly alike! We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in what they do, and work well with others.
Job Responsibilities
Loading and unloading trucks, equipment, and materials
Pulling scenic sets and materials from storage and returning them when projects are completed
Moving, organizing, and handling materials throughout the shop
Assisting with general labor and set construction activities
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Working closely with fellow crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous construction, warehouse, or scenic fabrication experience preferred
Must own a screw gun and basic hand tools
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. independently, with assistance for heavier items
Strong communication and listening skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Work Schedule
Flexibility is essential! Our business is project-driven, and schedules vary depending on production demands.
Overtime and weekend availability are required
Some projects may require working up to seven days per week, subject to applicable labor laws and required rest periods
Applicants must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing schedules
