Position
Front Office/Scheduling Coordinator
Full-time position
Monday through Friday schedule
Location: Burbank, CA
Pay Range: $23-25 per hour, based on experience
What You’ll Do
Greet patients and families warmly and create a welcoming front office experience
Answer incoming calls, respond to voicemails and emails, and provide excellent patient communication
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to help maintain a full and efficient daily schedule
Check patients in and out while ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Assist patients with basic billing or financial questions and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed
Support front office workflows, patient flow, and daily practice operations
Partner with teammates to ensure every patient receives a smooth, positive experience
Assist with additional administrative duties as requested
What We’re Looking For
Previous dental or orthodontic front office experience is highly preferred
Prior scheduling experience is a plus
Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a busy environment
Team-first mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
Comfortable using phones, computers, scheduling systems, and office technology
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
