Role Overview: Drive growth for an engineering practice by coordinating project proposals, expanding client relationships with owners, hospitals, school districts, architects and developers, and promoting our engineering portfolio.
* Education: Minimum Associate of Arts (AA) degree in any business concentration.
* Experience: 2–3 years of experience in marketing or business development (A/E/C industry experience preferred).
* Duties:
- Prepare proposals and submittals (RFPs/RFQs) by gathering qualifications, technical engineering data and drafting resumes.
- Maintain the project portfolio, ensuring project details and project photography stay updated.
- Identify business leads with owners, architects, general contractors, developers, and public agencies.
- Track industry trends and monitor local project pipelines to find new civil and structural engineering opportunities.
- Manage digital branding, highlighting our engineering milestones on social media and the website.
Additional Information:
