Two guys, two cats, one dream: a warehouse, studio, or raw industrial space we can live in, work in, and put an above-ground pool in. I'm an aquatic and massage therapist, so the pool is part of the work, not just a luxury. It would be professionally leveled, and we cover the water and insurance.
I'm also a handy builder with tons of tools and decades of experience. I fix, build, and leave spaces better than I found them. Happy to handle repairs and upgrades, and open to fixing what's broken in exchange for a rent break. We've never been late on rent, and we're both amazing cooks (neighbors tend to benefit).
Budget around $3,000/month. We can move in soon.
