What You'll Do

• Make outbound and handle incoming calls to hit your sales and call goals
• Partner with your Inside Sales Manager to help the company hit its income and expense targets by executing marketing strategies
• Grow sales by managing promotional spending smartly within client guidelines
• Meet or beat client goals for sales, distribution, and promotional volume, working cross-functionally to get it done
• Bring fact-based, data-driven solutions to every customer conversation
• Pursue incremental growth through volume-producing merchandising opportunities
• Represent a manufacturer in the tobacco and nicotine products industry with professionalism and confidence

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; must be 21+
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but drive matters more
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills — people like talking to you
• Organized, detail-oriented, and energized (not rattled) by a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and interruptions while staying focused on results
