Position Summary -Seasonal part time to full time
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Manufacturing Associate / General Warehouse Laborer to join our production and warehouse team.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist with manufacturing and production operations, Load and unload materials, products, cartons, and supplies, Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the production and warehouse areas, Assist machine operators with materials and production needs. Feed, stack, bundle, pack, wrap, label, and palletize finished products. Inspect finished products for visible defects or quality concerns. Other duties assigned
Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to reliably report to work on time for scheduled shifts. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work safely around manufacturing machinery and warehouse equipment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday. Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, push, pull, and perform physical warehouse duties.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment that may include noise, dust, temperature changes, and moving equipment. Willingness to follow company sanitation, GMP, safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must maintain good attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Experience
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, or general labor experience.
Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus but not required.
Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality-control procedures.
Good communication skills
Teamwork
Ability to work efficiently
Basic counting and math skills
