live with two incredibly understanding thirtysomethings, 1 straight and 1 gay, males, we can reel in our hours for you if you need but we do like to have a good time some nights, the house is kinda awesome and has great potential with a huge yard that can be cultivated, we only recently moved in together, nice big porch in the front, you could park 1-3 cars in the wide driveway, Buena Park about a mile from KBF, there’s a cat here so you probably can’t be allergic, $2,100 for one room or $3,900 for both OBO per month, we’re like liberal or centrist I guess overall but also revolutionaries in our own minds lol let’s say your room(s) with the yard and kitchen and bathrooms is at least 1100 square feet, you can paint the room(s) if you want, we’re not awkward to run into and can avoid you certain times of day or in certain spaces if needed, just don’t expect us to infantilize you by staying out of the kitchen not allowing us to so much as grab something for hours hahahaha, but we can also allow you to have a dinner party, the yard is absolutely huge and if we had more $, we could do much with it and you can probably do things with your own $ back there if you want but obviously just ask us first, you can totally have a section of the yard for yourself though, we’ve been brainstorming different things we could do or set up back there, plenty of extra room for storage and your hobbies, let us know if you have any questions and tell us a bit about you but don’t stress about seeming perfect or anything, you can hear faint screams from Knott’s some hours if you’re in the backyard as it’s only a mile away
the rooms are across from each other and next to the kitchen and there’s a door to the back right by them, we can totally supply earplugs for the house (and do have more normal schedules some days), you can watch movies or go to KBF or even workout with us if you want, cardio or yoga or a little bit of weights but down to get into swimming if you buy us a pool, we’re down to share on buying/making groceries or just giving $ for shared meals or not, offering friendship or just respectful coexistence, we’re not too bad but you probably won’t love it here if you’re a clean freak, we can do a chore wheel or just wing it/triage, it can be like the best version of camping/glamping, especially if you take the back rooms, or more like city living, may try to put an outdoor shower in eventually and want to put up a tent or two soon. we won’t nickel-and-dime you ever, we will try to never get offended by anything that isn’t violence for more than a day and hope you can too lbvs, open to all genders, we can be as clothed as you like but don’t wear a lot naturally, we can talk on the phone but send a text first, we hang out in the common spaces a lot
if you really wanted, we could switch and you could take the two smaller rooms in the front of the house for the same prices and have the bathroom in the front of the house to share, and it’s really not a huge deal if you use the other bathroom sometimes or often if needed
the rooms should be available by the 16th and we’d like to have them/the house rented out by November
