Industrial Facilities Maintenance Technician II - Austin (Austin)

The Industrial Facilities Maintenance Tech II position is an intermediate level position that preforms general maintenance and electrical maintenance on systems, perform pm work when needed and assist other techs and training new Industrial Facility Technicians.

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• At least two years of relevant industrial facility maintenance experience, or completion of a trade school program
• Ability to identify problems and implement solutions
• Demonstrated familiarity with the principles and techniques of mechanical and electrical controls repair and maintenance
• Working knowledge of the operational characteristics of mechanical equipment and tools
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

• At least two years of field related experience
• Trades training

• Valid Class C driver’s license
• Safe driving for the last three years
