We are located in Hockinson and hope to find a place nearby, storage only, no work or other activities are intended.
A forklift will be used onsite for most handling, minimal traffic volume in/out is expected
General aspects: +/- 1000 sq ft insulated building with concrete floor and apron for loading/unloading,
8'-10' overhead door, electricity and lights, separate meter or estimate usage
Prefer higher ceiling and located in a rural/residential area that is relatively secure
"Shared space" may be OK depending on circumstances
Previously a residential general contractor, we are also willing to trade certain work as part of rent, based on mutual agreement.
