Up for sale is a heavy-duty, commercial-grade 6 HP 3-Phase Industrial HEPA Vacuum System on a rugged wheeled cart. Originally engineered for cleaning electrical generators and heavy machinery, this continuous-duty vacuum system is built to run non-stop in demanding manufacturing, machining, and industrial shop environments.
The heart of this unit is a premium, high-performance All Star Products Model HB-639 Regenerative Blower. Unlike standard shop vacuums that burn out under continuous loads, this industrial blower uses a maintenance-free, oil-free side channel design that delivers consistent, high-velocity vacuum pressure with exceptionally low noise.
This system features a highly efficient, two-stage filtration layout that prevents fine dust from escaping back into your workspace.
The primary filtration occurs inside a massive 18" x 38" vertical baghouse housing replaceable and cleanable cloth "socks". Downstream, a secondary paper cartridge filter provides final HEPA-level purification to protect the blower motor and ensure clean exhaust air. Mounted on a heavy steel rolling cart with heavy-duty casters and solid wheels, this unit is extremely portable and ready to wire into your shop's power distribution grid.
