Approximately 250 SF of private studio space is available within a larger 700 SF artist’s studio in Gowanus. The leaseholder is an artist who works primarily part-time and quietly on a computer. The private section for rent is at the far end of the space and separated from the rest of the studio by a curtain and features three walls, two large south-facing windows, and 11-foot ceilings.

There is currently a large L&L Jupiter ceramic kiln in the space, which can either remain ($125 per firing) or be removed, depending on your needs.

Conveniently located next to F/G Smith, and ninth Street subway stop, Lowes and Home Depot
