Gendelberg Law, PLLC is a Brooklyn-based immigration law firm representing clients in a wide range of immigration matters, with a particular focus on affirmative and defensive asylum cases, removal defense, and federal immigration litigation. We are seeking a highly creative, energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that increase our firm's visibility, expand community engagement, and generate new immigration clients.
About the Position:
We are not looking for someone who simply manages Google Ads or posts generic social media content. We want someone who thinks outside the box, takes initiative, develops original ideas, and knows how to turn creativity into measurable results. The ideal candidate is comfortable appearing on camera, creating engaging videos, interacting with the public, building professional relationships, and independently developing marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not permitted. Occasional overtime may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, manage, and publish engaging social media content, including written posts, videos, and advertisements across major platforms.
* Write original scripts, advertising copy, and promotional materials designed to attract new immigration clients.
* Personally appear in promotional videos and film, direct, and edit videos featuring attorneys and other staff members.
* Develop creative, unconventional marketing strategies beyond traditional advertising and Google AdWords.
* Organize and participate in community outreach, networking events, and other business development activities.
* Build relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and potential referral sources.
* Independently identify and implement innovative ideas to generate new clients and expand the firm's visibility.
* Track marketing performance, client inquiries, and campaign effectiveness while collaborating with firm management.
Qualifications:
* Experience in social media marketing, content creation, video production, or related fields.
* Strong creative writing skills and experience producing engaging social media videos.
* Must be comfortable appearing on camera, filming others, and creating promotional content.
* Outgoing, confident, and personable, with excellent communication and networking skills.
* Must think outside the box, take initiative, and develop original marketing strategies that generate results.
* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of independently managing multiple projects.
* Experience in legal marketing or fluency in a second language is a plus, but not required.
