You would be sharing the studio with only one other person, and I am there at most a few days a week. This is not a co-working situation with a lot of people using the same open area. It is a private studio in a building with other creatives and small businesses.
Very convenient location, 1 stop from Manhattan on F, A, C, 2 or 3 trains; and 2 blocks from Brooklyn Bridge Park.
I am looking for someone who is planning to stay for a year or more.
Re the photos: Note that the grey walls in the photos have been repainted white.
The first two photos show the available space near the windows. Photo 3 shows most of the studio - the curtained area is storage. Photo 4 shows the room from the perspective of the window, with the available space in the foreground. Photos 5 + 6 show the view out of the windows.

Rental Requirements:
One month security deposit. Monthly electric is based on the amount of the ConEd bill.
