The space is available exclusively on Sundays and Mondays for $900 per month. It is ideal for an independent, licensed or professionally certified provider offering structured, one-on-one appointments.
The suite includes a private treatment room and a comfortable sitting area suitable for consultations or talk-based sessions. The environment is quiet, polished, professionally maintained, and ready to welcome clients.
The space may be suitable for a:
* New York State licensed massage therapist
* Licensed psychotherapist, counselor, psychologist, or clinical social worker
* Certified private mat-Pilates or stretching instructor
* Professionally trained or certified doula
* Comparable credentialed professional providing one-on-one services
Suitable uses are limited to professional, one-on-one services. The space is not available for Reiki, energy healing, spiritual practices, group classes, beauty services, or unlicensed bodywork.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Active New York State license when required
* Recognized professional certification for fields without state licensure
* Current professional liability insurance
* Relevant professional experience and references
* Established or developing independent clientele
* Responsible, reliable, clean, and respectful of a shared professional environment
* Ability to manage your own clients, scheduling, payments, supplies, records, and business operations

RENTAL DETAILS:

* $900 per month
* Initial three-month commitment preferred
* Security deposit and signed suite-use agreement required
* Practitioner is responsible for all service-specific supplies, linens, laundering, and resetting the suite after appointments
