Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
* Set up, stock, and maintain your station.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver consistent food during busy services.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant kitchen.
* Strong attention to quality, presentation, and timing.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Dependability and a team-oriented attitude.
* Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, pasta, or grill experience is a plus.
Schedule: Full Time
Pay: based on experience.
