Hello, I am looking for a studio mate to share my Artist studio available immediately. I am generally only there twice a week. In Gowanus Area of Brooklyn. Close to Whole Foods on 3rd St and 3rd Ave. This would be a shared studio- in a building with other artists & office spaces. Studio has heat/AC unit. Plenty of wall space . Separate time schedule would be worked out so you would have studio to yourself.
Perfect for painter/jewelry designer/other artist/or possible office space.
No living/work space only. Please be non-smoking. No chemicals/solvents/fumes/dust. Let me know if you are interested in seeing it.
