The space is within a mixed use building, primarily artists and creative use. I work in creative and art related fields and would like to find someone that has similar sensibilities.

54 sq feet in a 900 sq ft room.
The walls are refinished and freshly painted, in March of this year.
The partitions are very simple. I do plan to finish the seams and reposition the L support to clean it up visually.
There is a power outlet in the area and one plug is open for your use. The power in the space/building is very strong and stable.
There are two windows which are accessible from a raised platform workspace.
Polished concrete floors, with radiant floor heating.
Very stable electricity, and heat. AC is installed during summer months and removed thereafter, to allow more light into the room.
There is a small kitchen area with appliances and refrigerator.
Includes Wifi and heat.
It is a shared room and overall not intended for phone calls, employees, meetings in a business capacity. If your practice involves being on the phones or zoom throughout the day it's not the best fit.
This is a fabrication building, creative maker design related fields are very welcome.
