Drive control cable/Variable speed control, Craftsman # 184212, Craftsman EZ Walk Variable speed drive system. Not sure what model lawn mower this came off. Appears to be many different versions of this rear wheel drive system. Look at the pic's closely. Spring handle and cable works the way it should.
