2 Antique Solid Maple Prosper's Windsor Side Chairs by The Hale Co - $59 (Brookfield)
QR Code Link to This Post
$59 for the pair. I am only able to accept cash and I happily hold up to 2 hours.
This is a pair of antique early American design solid Maple Prosper's Windsor Spindle Back Side Chairs made by the Hale Company.
They are 36" tall.
The chairs are a warm fawn color finish (see pic of tag).
They have the brace back and splayed legs for extra support.
The seats are contoured making for a comfortable sit.
The legs have through tenons that can be seen on the chair seats - this is a high end feature on older wood furniture.
One of the chairs has some wear as it was used more than the other; they look beautiful together nonetheless.(see photos).
The original tags are still attached to the bottoms of the chairs.
Someone is selling a pair of these chairs (made from oak not maple) on ebay for $250 - https://www.ebay.com/itm/326288085296
