Part-time cleaner for small healthcare facility (Bronx)

We are hiring for a small healthcare facility in the Bronx. The entire space is approximately 1,400 sq. ft., with a short cleaning shift 5 days per week. It should take you no longer than two hours to complete this clean daily. Must be reliable, attentive to detail, and able to follow healthcare cleaning procedures. Cleaning experience preferred. Main duties include:
* Empty trash, replace liners, and take trash to the designated collection area.
* Clean and disinfect surfaces in patient/exam and treatment rooms.
* Clean restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, and restock supplies as needed.
* Wipe tables, chairs, desks, counters, and other furniture.
* Sweep or vacuum floors and damp mop hard floors.
* Remove fingerprints and smudges from glass, doors, and light switches.
* Maintain the entrance, waiting area, hallways, office, and dining area.
* Complete scheduled dusting of windowsills, ledges, vents, and other high and low surfaces.
* Handle occasional detail cleaning around furniture, floor edges, doors, and upholstered seating.
