We are seeking independently established local couriers for compact small-package delivery opportunities within Bronx ZIP 10457.
This opportunity may be a good fit for someone who lives nearby and uses a walking cart, bicycle or e-bike. A car is not required.
ROUTE DETAILS
• Approximately 20–30 small packages per available micro-route
• Deliveries remain within a compact section of ZIP 10457
• Delivery areas are generally near Prospect Ave / Crotona Ave
• Local package handoff within the 10457 area
• Walking cart, bicycle or e-bike recommended
• Smartphone required for navigation and proof of delivery
• Weekly settlement
• Route details provided before acceptance
Actual package volume, route availability and completion time vary based on building access, delivery conditions and customer demand.
COMPENSATION
Gross compensation for each accepted micro-route is calculated at $1.50 per successfully delivered package. This is a per-package independent contractor rate, not an hourly rate.
Before accepting an available micro-route, qualified couriers will receive the package count, service area, handoff information, compensation calculation and applicable delivery requirements.
Payment terms for attempted, undeliverable, returned or reattempted packages will also be disclosed before acceptance.
WHO SHOULD RESPOND
Preference will be given to applicants who:
• Live in or near Bronx ZIP 10457
• Know the local Prospect Ave / Crotona Ave area
• Are comfortable delivering to apartment buildings
• Have a smartphone with mobile data
• Have access to a walking cart, bicycle, e-bike or another suitable delivery method
• Can reliably complete an accepted micro-route
Delivery experience is helpful but not required.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY
This is an independent contractor business opportunity, not an offer of employment.
Couriers may provide their availability and choose whether to accept individual route opportunities. Declining an opportunity does not result in a fee or penalty.
Independent couriers remain responsible for their own transportation, equipment, phone, insurance, taxes and other operating expenses.
Route availability and package volume are not guaranteed. The actual working relationship—not merely the wording of an agreement—determines independent contractor status.
