The core is primarily:
Up to about 70% natural wood-based fibers
About 30% thermosetting resins
Those materials are compressed under very high heat and pressure into a dense, solid 10 mm sheet. The outside has a factory-applied decorative and weather-resistant surface—in your case, Oceania Blue.
These panels are dense, rigid, weather-resistant, impact-resistant, and low maintenance. Unlike wood fencing or siding, they do not rot, attract insects, require staining, or normally need repainting.
