Hello, I'm a General Contractor looking for Subcontractors and Labor help.
We do Residential and Commercial remodel work serving ADAMS COUNTY, including Brighton, Thornton, Northglenn, Commerce City, Lafayette, Longmont.
I need concrete and foundation guys, framers, drywall, painters, tile setters, finish carpenters and laborers.
If you want to be a subcontractor, you must have an LLC and General Liability Insurance and possibly, Worker's Compensation Insurance.
If you are skilled or unskilled labor looking to be on a W2 employment basis, then send me your experience level and any particular skills you may have.
Subcontractors, please send the size of your crew, your general availability and you're specialty or top 3 skills.
