Pay is decided by experience, we pay per mile, empty and loaded.
All I ask for is that you pick up and deliver on time, pay is raised based on performance.

No, we do not do lease to purchase, we do not deduct anything from your pay, only escrow for 10 weeks, 250 a week, I don't like doing escrow either, but there was a binch of drivers that either got high on the road and missed deliveries that caused fines from the brokers or just drivers that don't care about the equipment and they damage the truck and trailer etc.

We have our own shop in Bridgeview, every 2,3 weeks you pass through the shop , we check the equipment, breaks, tires,PM's and preventive maintenance. There is no waiting on a truck to be fixed, if it takes too long we give you another unit. If it happens that you break down on the road and the reair takes time (more than a day) we tow you a ready until from our terminal and tow your broken down truck back to Chicago. That way loads are delviered on time and you do not waste your time either.
