- valid CDL class A license
- valid Medical Card
- 6 months experience with 53ft or double's
- MUST HAVE DOUBLES ENDORSEMENT or obtain in timely matter
- no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- no felony convictions, DUI's or DWI's
- must be able to complete satisfactory pre-employment physical and drug tests
